Posts and Offices
The experience of the members of the Executive Team includes having held or holding the full range of education executive and advisory posts, including being school owners themselves. We have all prepared schools for accreditation and inspection, and most of us have led inspections of schools. We have all delivered training, mentoring and coaching, and some are published education writers. we have or do manage businesses as diverse as real estate, industrial clothing manufacture, to travel and tourism. We have worked in executive posts in government, as well as advisors to government ministries. The team has managed the whole process of school startups, from concept to opening, as well as brokering investments.

My expertise and acuity has been honed through 25 years in education and management in international and UK schools, and business. Ofsted has recognised my successes in pupil achievement, and training, and I am in the process of being recognised by the AOEA as an educational advisor. Our Executive team has the skills to lead your school’s growth, even through times of significant challenge. Our strength is in the collective nature of our work that ensures we are always considering best practice. Our management is supported by consultancy and ongoing advice to meet accreditation standards. We believe that pupils should have the best education possible, that staff should be well trained and always believing that the schools we manage have the best management and leadership they worked with.

I have developed and trained principals, middle managers, and teachers, developing pedagogy, performance management and school growth.
